Congratulations, Lexi!
Lexi has taken another first at the district level of the American Legion Oratorical contest. She presented her ten-minute speech on the First Amendment and the National Hockey League and then had to prepare four, three to five minute speeches on The Amendments to The Constitution. She will advance to the Regional level March 23 at Ripon College. If she performs well, she will advance to state that same afternoon.
Not only has Lexi gained valuable speaking experience, she has earned $800 so far.
Best wishes to Lexi as she continues her speech contest journey!
